Senior member of the Global Shared Services team responsible for the development of GSS strategic business solution plans to drive effective business processes throughout the GSS organization. Part of the CIO's leadership team managing the global applications teams and a portfolio of solutions such as SAP, Concur, Workday, SFDC, JDEdwards and Oracle PLM. Driving projects and program's of activity to drive continuous business process improvements.

Responsible for the strategic development, support and overall operational effectiveness of Alere's Enterprise Applications function within the Technology Solutions (TS) department, ensuring that the organisation derives maximum value from its investments in Enterprise Applications specifically in the areas of ERP solutions, reporting, the web and intranet.

Responsible for the management, strategic development and support of Inverness’s Global major ERP systems (including SAP and JDE), providing ERP advice where necessary to associated companies through the management of the ERP teams. I provided the vision and leadership to the Inverness SAP & JDE teams as well as strategic deployment, and implementation of ERP and associated systems to ensure a high level of customer support. I had site responsibility for all personnel within the IS department in the UK and will be involved in decision making in all IS areas at this site.

Manager of the Logistics and Projects workstream for the Communications division for the Spiridon Project (implementation of a single global SAP platform). Towards the end of the contract managed the data room for the announced sale of Communications and subsequent vendor due diligence audit.

In February 2004 Hays Logistics was acquired by a private equity company and rebranded as ACR logistics. Developed strategy for SAP across UK, Benelux and Eire and built a support organisation with an outsource provider for 24/7/365 basis.

Managed programme of projects cross the SAP suite including SRM, CRM, BI and ERP to implement (among other projects) MIS capability to the Board via web, archiving and imaging, billing engine and Warehouse RF management.
