I qualified with the Soookias & Sookias as a Solicitor in 1989 working initially as a commercial litigator before moving to deal, primarily, with company commercial work in the early 1990’s.I advise clients at all levels, from individuals and start-up businesses’ right through to preparing established businesses for floatation or sale.Understanding both the legal and practical issues facing clients running their businesses in a modern environment, I strive to understand both my clients particular business and their practical requirements to ensure, as far as is possible, that they achieve the results they desire.I have considerable experience advising international clients in matters from individual agreements to multiparty joint ventures and have clients based in the UAE, Lebanon, France, the USA and Saudi Arabia.I also acts in a consultancy role to the Dispute Resolution Department, particularly in matters in the commercial and commercial property sectors orof a financial nature, putting my commercial knowledge to good use in a broad range of cases. I have retained an interest in matrimonial matters throughout my career and assists the Matrimonial Department when required. Given my commercial experience, I primarily deal with matrimonial finance.
