Responsible for the development and implementation of sales strategies, as well as the revenue growth and development for multiple accounts, in the Big Box and chain retail channels (including Walmart, Target, Amazon, Hobby Lobby, Michaels) for this $10 million dollar leader in the creative activities industry. Tasked by management to focus on high-growth-potential online sales channels and work with e-commerce consultant to launch Fibre-Craft’s ecommerce initiative.

Responsible for the customer service, logistics support, sales support, and office management functions of this U.S. division of Trolli-GmBH, a $450 million dollar global producer and distributor of gummi candy. Provide point-of-contact customer service, including logistics problem-solving for Mederer, USA’s extensive national broker network.

Responsible for monitoring and analyzing plant inventory levels and troubleshooting low inventory situations to avoid shortages while keeping transportation costs to a minimum. Acted as liaison between the plant and mills, and the plant and vendors, processing any quality complaints.

Provided all levels of customer care in a high volume call center at Enesco LLC, a $27+ million dollar worldwide giftware distributor. Assisted Director of Customer Service during the manager’s leave of absence with coaching and mentoring employees, and providing daily reports. Directly supervised a team of 5 Customer Service Representatives as Acting Team Lead.

Managed day-to-day performance—including training, developing, motivating, assessing, coaching, and supervising—of the Customer Care team at Maxon Furniture, a $75+ million dollar manufacturer of Office Furniture Systems. Assisted Director of Customer Service with recruiting and topgrading customer representative talent, and developed new systems and processes to enhance customer experience. Directly supervised a team of 9 Customer Care Representatives. Position eliminated in anticipation of closing Maxon Furniture business functions and relocating to Iowa.

Responsible for the development and growth of the performing, visual, and applied arts programs at the Elk Grove Park District, a $7 million civic organization devoted to increasing the quality of community life in Elk Grove Village. Supervised a team of 16 arts program staff while relaunching the Park District’s Theater Program.
