In 2013 she was recognised for her work as project leader and strategic and statutory planner on the Dee Why Town Centre Master Plan which won both the NSW UDIA Award for Excellence in Government Leadership in Urban Development, NSW Planning Institute Award and Commendation from National UDIA.She has been the principal planner and project manager on many successful large projects. Deborah has a thorough knowledge of the environmental planning laws and regulations and has prepared numerous master plans and development control plans.
