We produce the best every gluten free flour to meet the needs of coeliacs and others on a gluten free diet. I work on new product development and manage and deliver the baking courses.I also work in training and new product development with companies to support them in developing a gluten free menu.I write articles on gluten free diets and other aspects of nutrition for magazines and newspapers.

I see clients to help them achieve their best health and energy levels using nutritional support. I see clients with IBS and digestive issues, ongoing fatigue, food sensitivities, joint and skin problems.I have a particular interest in gluten sensitivity and coeliac disease.I teach gluten-free baking and cookery in Harrogate, London and on the Wirral. I have been a guest lecturer at Bradford University on the Health, Wellbeing and Social Care course.I write on health topics for various publications including Eating and Living gluten Free and the Allergy and Free From Guide in the Mail on Sunday.
