I have over 20 years of experience in Intelligence Operations and 12 years of experience in Training and Education, with a Kirkpatrick Gold Level Certification. As the Director of Training at the National Guard Professional Education Center (NGPEC), I lead a team of 49 professionals in designing, developing, and evaluating quality training and education programs for over 9,000 learners from the 54 States and Territories annually.
