- Responsible in the process of drafting and reviewing agreements;- Prepare of annual shareholders meeting and the derivative documents;- Drafting and prepare BoC and BoD resolution and the derivative documents; - Cooperating and coordinating with Capital Market Institution Supporting Professionals to carry out the Initial Public Offering (IPO) process or other corporate actions; - Assist internal stakeholders on legal administrative filing, submission and/or reporting of legal documents; and - Conducting trademark checking and/or research trademark registration.

- Assisting the Lawyer to drafting and preparing legal documents- Reviewing the agreements and participate in the drafting of legal research
