I worked in Denver from 2009 to 2014 for the Tony Pasquini group. I went from server/ bartender to GM. I opened two new restaurants in that time. I then joined Patxi’s in 2014 to 2021. I advanced from server/ bartender to assistant manager. I won 2 pineapple awards for excellence. The pandemic hit Patxi’s hard so I then went to Frontroom to join Alex Siedel newest project Roca’s. I was to be head of training. While Roca’s was being renovated I grabbed a temporary job at Valley Inn which is just down the street. Unfortunately the Roca’s opening was not professional and they closed down for 3 days. I stayed at Valley Inn to look for my next new home and adventure.
