• Conduct community needs assessment, including meeting with Havenscourt families/caregivers and early childhood administrators to better understand the early childhood development and childcare landscape in Havenscourt • Work with First 5 Alameda county, BANANAS, CARE, and other early childhood agencies to obtain public data on early childhood programs specific to Havenscourt. • Research a literature review of best practices and success models related to early childhood education and kindergarten readiness, including strategies focusing on equity. • Collaborate with other organizations that focus on community, financial stability, business vibrancy, health, and affordable housing to develop a literature review of collective impact initiatives focused on kindergarten readiness to advance the work of the Healthy Havenscourt initiative. • Utilize Salesforce to analyze the trends of data for the effectiveness of the Brilliant Baby Financial Coaching program, an optional program which provides a personalized financial coach to any family qualifying for the Brilliant Baby College Savings Program, a $500 account available to any low-resourced expecting parent or parent with a child one year or younger. • Establish relationships with financial coaches and parents in the program by conducting interviews to create profiles of personal success stories in the Brilliant Baby Personal Saving Program, a program combined with the EARN savings program that matches the savings of a family up to $150 per family over a 6 month time period.
