Deborah Wadsworth is a Senior Project Architect, Associate at Kasian Architecture Interior Design and Planning. Colleagues describe her as "I had the pleasure and the privilege of working with Deborah for many years as Board members for the Canadian Association of Women in Construction (CAWIC). In all of her positions, she worked tirelessly and selflessly while doing whatever was needed to get the task at hand accomplished. As a new Board member she was quickly thrown into the position of Program Chair where she developed and organized the monthly events for our membership. As Director, her ideas were always welcomed by the Board when seeking creative solutions to problems. And as President, her strength in leadership and steadfast character were essential in our organization moving forward, as well as in times when conflict resolution was needed.
