- Source, recruit, and hire qualified candidates for Technical Hourly jobs, Non-Exempt Salary, and ExPro Salary positions using external web-based sites and Lockheed Martin databases.
- Hired 450 hourly hires for 2018 across 6 site locations.
- Volume Hiring: Hired for Ramp up programs like F-22, Edwards Flight test, F-35, and Palmdale ADP programs. Part of a team that hired 2300 new hires in one year for the F-22 ramp up.
- System expert in Kenexa Brassring. Trained managers, recruiters and other HR personnel from the very beginning of Kenexa rollout on December 6, 2006.
