For over 10 years I have been working as a Superannuation Administrator, specifically on Pensions administration for Mercer Australia (formerly Pillar Administration). During this 10 year period I have also been involved in other projects such as procedure writing for a new software platform. For approximately 12 months I was a Training Coordinator working on scheduling training for over 200 staff attending multiple sessions for the changeover to two new software platforms. This involved scheduling, room preparation, incentives supply and consolidation and analysis of attendance results.Prior to Mercer my previous roles have been in Personal Assistant and/or Office Management positions which involved assistance to multiple managers, travel organisation, communications, diary management, meeting and function planning.
