Oversees and manages activities of Recruiting Specialist, Human Resources Coordinator, Receptionist and Facility Day Porter. Responds to and investigates employee relations issues such as employee complaints/concerns, harassment allegations, and civil rights complaints consulting with Senior Vice President-Human Resources and or legal counsel as appropriate. Supervises and coordinates all build out, maintenance service and repairs to facility and related equipment. Serves as first point of contact for all emergencies during/after hours of operation and responds as necessary. Implements all maintenance and general procurement of materials and parts, schedules installations and oversees repairs are accomplished in a safe and timely manner. Secures and negotiates bids and implements preventative maintenance programs for utility systems, equipment and building maintenance.
