CurrentAs a Managnement Analyst analyzes, and advises managment on a variety of human resources management services as well as does consulations on the most effective ways to support strategic goals and objectives. Prosudeces results that accomplishes the Command mission utilizing sound judgements through researching, creative fact-finding and investigating techniques and making recommendations to improve civilian personnel recruitment effectiveness and efficiently. Knowledge of management information and financial management. Utilizes financial managment techniques to ensure proper funding available for recruitment, and salaries. Uses Manpower Authorization Tracking System, Total Workforce management Services to provide total number of aithorized billets. Retrives organizational/program data, compile reports, memitors, project and program statuses. Prepares queries from data system and generates special reports. Reviews and implements workload and recruitment standards used ti develop manpower documents. Participates in several focus groups and strategy meetings involving civilian personnel matters, issues, and utilizes seasoned judgements to develop and evaluate options and solutions.
