Deborah Wolfe has been licensed to practice law in California since 1981, and in Arizona since 1982. Currently, Ms. Wolfe acts as a trial and legal ethics consultant to other attorneys and as an expert witness in the areas of legal ethics and civil litigation. She frequently lectures on topics related to legal malpractice and ethics, and is currently a member of the San Diego County Bar Association Legal Ethics Committee, on which she has served since 2006. Ms. Wolfe served as member, then Chair of the Legal Malpractice Law Advisory Commission to the State Bar of California from 2010 through 2013. She has authored articles in legal ethics in the San Diego Lawyer magazine, the County Bar weekly newsletter, and on the San Diego County Bar Association's website.
