Who am I at the moment? Well, I have a true passion for helping others in their journey toward health and wellness. While I currently do this part-time around my full-time job, I'm determined to make it a full-time career. I work with an amazing group of like-minded people who are as committed to improving nutrition as I am, but we also teach people how to increase their residual income, which is so important these days, isn't it? My story goes back a bit, though. I always thought I wanted to be an accountant, but let's be real - I was more interested in making money and having fun. I worked in hotels in the 80s and learned everything I needed to in order to eventually become an accounts manager. When I became a full-time mom, though, everything changed. Suddenly, the most important thing to me was being there for my children, and I worked low-income part-time jobs to try and fit work in around them. But you know how life is - it has a way of throwing curve balls at you. After experiencing several changes that affected me financially, I decided to go back to school in my late 40s. I passed my AAT level 2, and thanks to that qualification, I was able to apply for positions in accounts departments. I was blessed enough to find a 3-month maternity cover position, and when a full-time position opened up, I applied and was taken on as a credit controller. Thanks to the help and support of my awesome employer, Crane, I was even able to continue studying! I've now achieved AAT Level 3, AAT Level 4 and MAAT. While I absolutely love my job, my true passion is helping others. That's why I'm so driven to work on my health and wellness coaching full-time. Seeing people change their lives just by making a few adjustments is incredibly fulfilling to me, and that's why I'm committed to making it my full-time career!
