1) New Hire Onboarding- Prepare contracts and offer letters- Ensure smooth onboarding process through setting up of workstation, staff file and email account- Communicate staff benefits to all new hires2) Staff Engagement- Co-ordinate bi-monthly teambuilding activities for up to 60 staff- Liaise with Community Chest to organize Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) events to help the less fortunate3) Performance Review Process- Introduced new online application called VECTOR to all employees in December 2013.- Conducted 4 VECTOR training sessions to educate employees on how to use the new system- Follow up on employees' performance and development progress4) Administration- Consolidate HR monthly reports- Liaise with payroll vendor by giving accurate payroll instructions to ensure that salaries are paid on time
