Created a new global shared services office in Malaysia and transferred work offshore from its Canadian and US operations including developing standardized back-office processes with Lean Six Sigma best practices for its local and global CFO. Oversaw 2 payroll conversions for 14,000 people and implemented a Verizon Call Center solution in Malaysia for its global operations. In addition, developed plans for integrating 2 companies into its finance organization. Successfully managed and liaised with diverse teams in multiple locations.

Responsible for the Management Reporting, Budgeting, Contracts, Procurement and Workforce Planning for the IT Strategic Services Division with 600+ staff for the CIO Ward Chapin (previously the CIO of the Vancouver Olympics). Managed several CIO special projects when ICBC was going thru a $400 Transformation program including an IT Contracts team that negotiated a $100 MSA with IBM and developed a preferred IT vendor strategy.

Controller for Accenture Retail Business Service (ARBS) and other senior finance roles when it was created as a result of the $1.3B MSA when 1/3 of BC Hydro and Terasen Gas' Customer Care was privatized. Led Corporate Finance, Treasury, Tax, Business Valuations for global outsourcing and consulting deals, a special program with over 20+ projects and SAP implementations including for its BC Hydro client.

Responsible for management reporting and budgeting for AP, Procurement, Facilities, Building Office Services, IT Financial Systems, and Legal. Played a key role in the $1.3B MSA negotiations between BC Hydro and Accenture and started up Accenture Business Services when part of BC Hydro was privatized. Steering Committee member for its Integrated Planning project and a Governance project member.

Responsible for full-cycle accounting and budgeting for its corporate head-office including the parent company. Prepared consolidated reports of 200+ legal entities and created new monthly CFO packages. Analyzed the $1.2B TeckCominco merger and other acquisitions and divestures. Also oversaw 2 system upgrades.
