As a member of the estate planning, estate/trust administration, and tax practice groups at Paley Rothman, I have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base. I focus, in particular, on estate, gift, and other tax concerns of non-US citizens, many of whom work for the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund and international private companies, although my practice includes the full range of estate planning and estate/trust administration services.I have written and spoken extensively on a variety of estate planning and administration issues before legal, accounting and financial professionals, committees of the Maryland General Assembly, and the Maryland Association of Judges of the Orphans’ Courts. As chair of the Estate & Trust Section Council of the Maryland State Bar Association, I have prepared and testified on legislation impacting Maryland estate and trust law, the Orphan’s Courts, and the Register of Wills. These broad experiences and working in different practice groups allow me to understand my clients’ needs and help them achieve their deeply personal goals.
