• Integral member of design team. Worked on fast paced project to design and create 3-D models and drawings for the new Crosman Air Gun.
• Met all deadlines to reach goal of finished design in a 2-month period which resulted in a marketable product geared to bring high revenues to Crosman.

• Worked with SolidWorks to design and create 3D models and drawings for the foam vacuum chamber. Resulted in CNC capabilities thereby reduced manufacturing time and increased production.
• Researched specifications and prices for necessary materials. Effectively, reduced costs, and increased material options.

• Brought in storage systems to accommodate patterns used for making iron castings which resulted in increased efficiency.
• Engineered rack system for pattern plate storage, used inexpensive in-stock materials to increase safety and productivity.
• Gained working knowledge of foundry procedures: patterns, core boxes, molds, shrinkage.

• Evaluated job duties and created training tools which immediately added productivity in the position.
• Gained working knowledge of metering pumps and ME10 software.

• Worked on SolidWorks to design plastic blow molded parts, created 3D parts, and assemblies.
• Created 2D drawings from the 3D models.

• Moved into key positions in short times due to skills in solid modeling, assemblies, parametrics, and swift learning ability.
• Created complex assemblies, using mechanisms to check for any interferences, and possible issues.
• Worked for the Drafting Department on the number 2 bearing housing. Recreated parametrically correct models. Worked with a team on manifold tubing.
• Took the initiative to tutor others when they needed it leading me to a training position in the Unigraphics program (resulting in more productivity and lower training costs) in concepts such as: Assembly Drawings.
