It promotes and assists in the building and redevelopment of low-income housing in Cyperss-Fairbanks, Klein, Spring and Tomball school districts. Since its inception (1989) it has built more than 200 homes in five subdivisions and has construction in progress for a sixth subdivision. Habitat NWHC also operates a large and expanding building supply resale store, and provides several levels of deconstruction services to the Houston community.

AFH collaborates with more than 100 community agencies to provide HIV outreach, education, and services.

SEAGO’s operational scope includes project programming and implementation activities in housing, economic development, social services, transportation, the environment, and public transit.
