A look at who I am and my philosophy: I never look back on what I drove or the things I owned, but I do remember the people I met and the experiences I had along the way. This philosophy has taken me to live and work in Europe, Asia, Africa, Latin America, and North America, where I have met incredible people, tried some amazing food, and bought cookbooks in languages I don’t understand. Experiences that led me to where I am today: I waited tables in Cape Town, taught fitness in Avignon, and was a bartender in St. Anton to get more money to continue traveling. My experience includes an ADHD Coach, a business psychologist, a university professor, a sports psychologist for at-risk youth, an organizational psychologist in the military, an executive in one of the 100 best companies to work for, a partner in a top consulting firm, an internal leadership coach (Principal/Sr. Manager) at a top 3 accounting firm, and an intern at NASA. Recently, my work and life have given me a new focus. My daughter, husband, and multiple clients have ADHD. There is a need for support, skills, tools, and techniques to improve work, relationships, and life. This is a chance to give back to individuals often unseen, overlooked, and overwhelmed. As a coach, consultant, and facilitator I am direct, innovative, agile, and non-judgmental. I use science, theory, heart, gut, and reality to reach my client's goals. I help my clients learn about themselves with the deeper work and new techniques and processes that support that work to make their lives and those they interact with fulfilling.You’d be hard-pressed to find an industry or type of organization I haven’t worked with from Fortune 10s and Family Businesses to Start-ups through IPOs. I work with CEOs, Executives, Leaders, SMEs, Students, Parents, Veterans, and anyone else who wants to improve their lives through curiosity, knowing themselves, experiences, and hard work.
