As the IT Manager/Senior Systems Engineer, I take pride in leading and managing an agile and innovative IT environment, which supports the work of extremely high-performing professionals. Our company includes a variety of business and non-profit centers, ranging from investments, real estate and private equity, to foundations for early childhood learning, art, science, mental health legal advocacy and socio-economic development abroad. I have 'worn many hats'​ during my career in IT, and contribute broad experience, ranging from networks & servers, to cloud computing and cyber-security. I take a hands on approach in managing projects and providing operational support. I enjoy working face to face with colleagues in designing technology solutions to meet their needs. I possess the ability to effectively communicate complex information to non-technical people. This has created lasting relationships with my associates, based on trust and listening to gain understanding of the scope and impact of technical change in their work life.
