Team I was in was set up because of NAO of LSC accounts 2000/01. An adjustment had to take place to the accounts due to errors noted in the integrity of the data held in 2 categories of work.Check and correcting of cases, identifying system and process errors, providing recommendations for system, process errors, and training central and regional staff.

Project consisted of a team of 3 , in which we cleared 8900 cases, recoded 10237 items which over 2million pounds of unmatched monies were matched in a period of 4 months

Data entry of cheques received from Clients and Solicitors.Developed better procedure for debit note processing.Actively involved in reducing Corporate Information System errors, this was related to 7152 payment discrepancies, which were fully corrected within 2 months
