• Administered all facets of educational technology and online learning including web site content, course design and development, needs assessment, faculty training and development, course evaluation, marketing, trend analysis, feasibility studies, etc.• Managed major software implementations which included selecting solutions, negotiating contracts, setting schedules, establishing specs, coordinating multiple vendors, testing environments, escalating support, developing documentation and training end users.
