Completed a professional in-house collaboration with the civic engineering consulting firm. Created brand identity, applied to video, web, print, workwear, vehicles and signage, communications and business templates.

While managing the Creative Studio, I lead two creative teams in the development of an all-new, extensive brand identity for Manulife Investments. This design upgrade generated a new Canadian brand standard for the organization as a whole. Bonus: The brand was almost exclusively developed while generating real marketing initiatives, on message, on time, on budget. I directed and produced extensive templates and in-depth style guide; tested the new brand with operations and sales associates; updated going forward to include variations for additional lines of business. Studio productivity increased to 250% volume.
