Following an extensive career in public relations, marketing and human resources in the wine and liquor industry, Deborah has now started her own business. As a specialised business consultant she provides support and solutions to a number of small business clients assisting them with their financial management, social media, marketing, public relations, human resources and administration. She then moved into the public relations and promotions area of Tucker Seabrook (now Fine Wine Partners) where she was responsible for the co-ordination of all events, dinners and trade shows. In her role as co-ordinator for The Institute of Masters of Wine she gained an appreciation and knowledge of wine. Deborah has also worked with the Wine Communicators of Australia managing the membership lists, events, lectures and functions for this group of winemakers, marketers, educators and media – all sharing their love of wine. At Mondo Search (recruitment specialist for the Drinks industry) Deborah was the Business Manager and responsible for the financial management, marketing, public relations and social media including organisation of the Advisory Board and submission of tenders. During her career she has completed additional training courses in public relations and training including MYOB / Xero accounting. She is also a Justice of the Peace. Deborah enjoys spending time with her family, walking her dog, pilates and yoga, movies, wine and is a keen supporter of a number of children and animal protection charities.
