Starting with As Is analysis and documentation of processes through to To Be analysis and documentation. Concentrating on AHT and Noise calls. These projects are end to end and cover every department in the company from I.T to marketing. The challenge is to change behaviour and the culture from silos to a joined up customer focused approach. I was Business Analyst as well as Change Manager on these projects.
