Once qualified, our consultants are placed with Industry leaders to start their professional careers. NG Property owns a diverse portfolio of brownfield sites across the UK such as the Battersea Power Plant site in London. Working closely with the main service provider Capita to re-develop, maintain and sell these multi-million £ sites. These projects are end to end and cover every department in the company from I.T to marketing. The challenge is to change behaviour and the culture from silos to a joined up customer focused approach. I was Business Analyst as well as Change Manager on these projects.
