Project manager over multiple revenue cycle initiatives for this leading Infusion healthcare company, such as:• In-flight implementation of Experian Health’s Collection Optimization Manager.• Software development of Collector Workflow modules for Paragon’s Home Infusion, Clinic Infusion Centers, and Client Physician Office lines of business. Project involved multiple internal IT and Billing operations cross-functional teams collaborating with Sri Lankan based vendor developers. The new software, interfaced with three separate billing systems, improved ease of prioritization, collector assignment, tracking, and reporting on assigned debt collection. Technology stack involved was SharePoint Power Apps and Power Automate, CPR+, Nextgen, and Tableau.• Facilitated Patient Onboarding team’s leadership in preparing for the change from using SharePoint workflow, to track their assigned patient statuses, to a more automated and visible workflow software called e5 Workflow. Included Visio diagramming of current workflows, future state workflows, as well as writing system test cases.

Responsible for the management of many projects, most notably:• Software development of a Lab Specimen and MBI Exception Tracking module to provide visibility to clients online of their own lab exceptions. Technology stack involved was LIMSABC LIS, LIMSABC Physician Portal, and Power BI.• Implementation of a Client EMR Bridge service offering that allows client users to pull existing patient demographic data from their EMR from within the HTRx Physician Portal to auto populate demographics into their online specimen order instead of manually entering it. Reduced bridged client’s order entry time by as much as half. Program managed the initial first 5 months of the production rollout. Technology stack involved was Ellkay Bridge API installed on client desktop, Ellkay Bridge software integrated with HTRx LIMSABC Physician Portal.• Deployment of a major version upgrade to their LIMSABC LIS and Physician Portal that was a critical prerequisite to future enhancements and stability. Impacted all areas of the business and clients using the Physician Portal.• Software conversion of RCM system and Clearinghouse. Required significant cleanup and restructuring of RCM data libraries. Technology stack included inbound/outbound HL7, Mirth interface engine, Telcor RCM, and ZirMed clearinghouse.• Software development of a new Physician’s Portal for HTRx client’s online specimen test orders that replaced an outdated CLIN1 portal. Technology stack included CLIN1 LIS, inbound/outbound HL7, Mirth interface engine, and LIMSABC Physician Portal.• Physical relocation of the laboratory and multiple disparate offices throughout Denton into one centralized location. Coordinated directly with the General Contractor, HTRx Lab Operations, and IT Operations for a full buildout of empty space in the new location, including a climate-controlled lab environment, then subsequent move of sensitive laboratory equipment over one weekend along with all office staff into cubicles and offices.

Managed many programs and projects for med fusion and their sister lab ClearPoint, most notably:• Software development of a new LIS for their solid tumor sequencing diagnostics replacing use of Sunquest CoPath. Technology stack included GenomOncology software, LIMSABC LIS, Ensemble interface engine, inbound/outbound HL7, Sunquest’s CoPath and SQLab.• Selected by the CFO and CIO to participate in the IT Steering Committee as the Secretary and Project Program Manager until contract completion.• Implementation of ClearPoint’s STAT lab service offering in Houston, Tx. Performed contract negotiation oversight with Houston Methodist Hospital, operational workflow creation, and end-to-end workflow practice runs.• Oversight and reporting for the Finance organization’s projects during first years of the company startup at the same time as hands-on managing RCM and IT/IS projects.• Implementation of med fusion’s Revenue Cycle Management solution upon company startup in 2010, using Sunquest FIN interfaced via Ensemble engine to CoPath and SQLab.

Project managed numerous projects and the RCM consolidation program for this national dermatology and anatomic pathology diagnostic laboratory, most notably:• Program management of the conversion of multiple disparate Revenue Cycle systems, acquired by Ameripath through anatomic pathology and dermatology physician office and independent lab acquisitions, into their GE-IDX Flowcast corporate standard.• Creation of all independent lab and referring hospital specimen flow and billing scenario documentation in an effort for Finance & Billing to increase understanding and identify gaps for improvement in the front-end of workflows.• Company-wide system conversions from UPIN Physician Identifiers to NPIs.
