The MedFit Network (MFN) is a both a professional membership organization for fitness and allied healthcare professionals, gyms, studios & integrative wellness centers, and students and a free online resource directory for the community to locate fitness and allied healthcare professionals with a background in prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation in working with those with chronic disease or medical conditions.

Daily responsibilities include: all financial, sales & marketing, member retention, programming, facility cleanliness, repair & maintenance, safety & security, member satisfaction, employee hiring, mentoring, satisfaction & retention. • Responsible for carrying out the APJCC’s commitment to service its 4,200 members in the best sports & wellness environment possible with the friendliest most educated staff, cleanest facility, most ethical business practices and state of the art equipment. • Financially support over $3M in annual membership revenue and generate an additional $1M annually from the Sports & Wellness departments including: Personal Training, Fitness Floor Attendants, Aquatics, Group Fitness, Yoga, Pilates Reformer, Tennis, Basketball, Soccer, Massage, Childcare, Dance, and Retail. • Negotiate contracts and work with vendors to achieve optimal customer service, equipment repair & maintenance, and facility upkeep. • Identify, budget, plan, and oversee capital improvement projects. • Remain current on emergency protocols and ensure staff are educated, trained, and prepared for all incidents on the APJCC campus.
