Cornerstone was a nonprofit training, evaluation and consulting agency, with a strong emphasis on leadership development. Much of its work was in the disability area, although we also worked in other human service organizations. We designed and delivered state of the art leadership development programs that ranged from one day to seventeen days.

Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services is a multi-billion state agency. In my capacity as Director of Training, I developed and managed a training department that served 10,000 state employees and an equal number of staff from provider agencies.
