As the Vice President Resources for Kenaidan Contracting Ltd, Deb leads the HR and Safety function in ensuring that effective tools and programs are in place to meet the evolving business needs of the organization. She is a member of Kenaidan's Executive Team and Board of Directors which involves her in broader business issues outside of her HR and Safety Mandate. Deb and her team work with leaders at all levels of the Kenaidan organization to develop human resources programs and solutions in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Organization Design, Performance Management, Learning & Development including training design and delivery, Succession Planning, Employee Engagement, Health and Safety and Labour Relations (Open Shop).One of her main areas of focus over the last few years has been to create Custom Learning and Development Programs at Kenaidan through the Kenaidan Centre for Learning.
