I ensure product placement was within the organizations plans and the inventory stayed at a controlled level. • I purchased products to help in sales and development a merchandising plan for 30, 60, and 90 days out from date. • I ordered product from vendors based on previous year’s sales and ensured that at the end of season product was completely out of system. • I dealt with outside sources in the repair of lawnmowers riding and pushing and to ensure that all necessary paperwork was completed to eliminate the possibility of theft.

I worked various positions throughout the store which helped in my quest to become manager. The last job I had which was in a supervisory position was as a department manager in which I was in charge of two consumer goods areas(Garden Center & Pets). I was in charge of merchandising products for quick sell.
