Our mission is to help the Superyacht industry by researching and delivering innovative, bespoke hardware and software solutions that help to promote sustainability and reduce environmental impact. Currently monitoring systems. We collaborate closely with yacht owners, captains, ETOs, Engineers and tender/yacht manufacturers to provide tailored solutions that meet their specific needs. Particularly helping to meet with insurance terms and simplifying procedures. Myself and Dr Dan will also be sharing insights and expertise through key talks at industry events throughout the year.

A level GCE moderator. The last 14 years now, I’ve helped to set the standards for A-level art in all endorsements including fine art, photography, textiles, design. I help to then set the standards across colleges and schools throughout the UK.

Superyacht Tender Monitoring System- I have significantly increased the revenue through a 360° marketing and sales strategy. My skills here for small start-up companies encompass, graphic design, branding, SEO, web design (word press), digital marketing, starting and inputting the CRM, customer relations, networking and leads through to sales. I have attended events and networked with the right target audience to bring in sales. My campaigns/adverts on social media have proven to have direct links to the website which then goes through to Leads. I've increased visibility with searches and awareness of the product and shown credibility to the company through various channels/posts and media.

A proven academic record fuelled my passion for igniting creativity in others. This led to a successful tenure as the Head of Art at Hollygirt. In this leadership role, I fostered a dynamic art department, championed art education, and nurtured a collaborative spirit. I ensured a challenging curriculum that met educational standards while celebrating student individuality. Through creative assessments and professional development initiatives, I drove student progress, including those with special educational needs, to achieve top grades. Often the highest grades in the school and up to 4 levels higher than their predicted grades. Budgetary responsibility ensured resources were used effectively. I fostered cross-departmental collaboration to enrich the learning experience and organised events to showcase student achievements. Prioritising safety, I implemented strict health and safety protocols. Data analysis informed continuous improvement within the department.My continuous work with the exam board as a visiting moderator, meant that I was able to keep on top of the standards.
