As a Regional Manager for AbbVie Pharmaceutical’s Ambassador Program, she approaches patient outreach services with the commitment to deliver exceptional outcomes through developing and inspiring teams. The common denominator for all the teams she leads is consistently exceeding the organizations’ expectations and creating a bench of talent for future staffing needs.Known for her character and drive, Deborah has spent 20+ years in Pharmaceutical Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Innovative Patient Outreach programs. She has been on the ground floor of building new sales organizations, launching new brands, and expanding novel patient services initiatives. Deborah has her BBA degree from the University of Texas and MBA from Boston University. She and her family have enjoyed training service dogs for deaf and physically challenged. They lived abroad in Europe and continue to travel on a regular basis.
