Deborah is a member of the Inaugural Class of Certified Professional Organizers, one of only 200 organizers world-wide to achieve this designation. In November, 2016 Deborah received the Residential Specialist certificate from the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals and received a Specialist certificate in Workplace Productivity in June 2017. The following year she was designated a Specialist in Life Transitions and in 2019 she earned a specialist certificate in Household Management. In 2010 and 2017, Deborah was designated "Organizer of the Year" by NAPO-New Jersey.

As President of the Executive Board and Chapter Board of NAPO-NNJ, my responsibilities include helping to grow, support, and sustain the New Jersey Chapter of the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals. With the Board, we create strategic planning goals and objectives, develop networking opportunities for our members, and provide quality education.When future leadership did not volunteer, coordinated disbanding of the chapter.

I oversaw a Board of ten directors, create strategic planning goals and objectives, develop initiatives for our members. Worked with Board to pivot during COVID-19 pandemic to offer an array of virtual educational meetings, lunch & learns and networking opportunities for our membership.
