Through a Systemic stance and practice I hold a safe, and stretching space for you to explore the tensions, ambiguity and uncertainty inherent in evolutionary growth.For those who lead or hold space for others in this changing, challenging and beautiful world I offer a much needed reflective and regenerative space to find perspective, insight and movement.Together we make sense of and navigate both your inner and outer worlds to stand more confidently in your leadership presence, purpose and potential and move forward with what’s yours to doOur understanding of what it is to be a good leader is changing.The need for clear, healthy and whole leadership is asking us to show up in new ways, not least• with heartfelt commitment to the whole and inclusion of all; respect for the past, a grounding in the reality of the now and an openness to the uncertainty of the future• with a readiness to use all our knowing – embodied, intuitive, sensed and heart based as well as the logical and cognitive • with acceptance of the inter-connection between our inner and outer worlds, our past and present lives. And preparedness to do our own inner work in order to be freer to fulfil our purpose, and support our outer work of facilitating and leading the potential of the systems we serve• A humility and a desire to serve that puts the greater whole before the individual needs of any one person, group or subsystem• With the courage to stand by and for all this and speak out when external pressures want to overwhelm• With the wisdom and confidence to do just what is ours to do – nothing more, nothing less, and to look after ourselves enough to do this and keep resourced and balanced to enjoy our life Strong systemic leadership attends to all of this. It navigates both the seen and unseen connections within organisations revealing the conscious and unconscious patterns that ‘serve’ or ‘swerve’ the flow of thriving and success in an individual, team or organisation and its wider eco-system.
