I love people, processes and business. As a kid, my favorite game was either business or office. As an adult, I'm able to combine all three of my 'loves' to effectively manage growth and change. The ability to develop and implement solutions in support of business and operational goals while keeping the humans 'whole' is my specialty. I thrive on finding and developing great people to manage. I easily influence and foster relationships across an organization. Looking ahead to anticipate the next thing is in my blood. I identify needs and initiate communication, training, and interventions to address issues before they become problems.
