Deborah Irvine and her husband reside in Martin County Florida. She has been married for 35+ years and is the mother of two daughters and the grandmother to 7 beautiful grandchildren. Deborah completed her nursing degree at Palm Beach Community College in 1986 and is a Registered Nurse. She also has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Religious Studies from Hobe Sound Bible College. Deborah worked for 9 years at Martin Memorial Hospital as a Medical/Surgical Nurse and then went into Home Health care, working for two years at a Medicare Home Health company. In 1997 Deborah went to work at Family Private Care where she started as the Director of Nursing and eventually served as Family Private Care’s President. Family Private Care is one of the legacy companies of Care Options for Kids. Deborah currently serves as VP of Clinical Operations at Care Options for Kids, overseeing the Centralized Intake Team. Care Options for Kids specializes in Pediatric Home Health Care which provides private duty skilled nursing for medically fragile children in multiple states including Florida, Texas, Nevada, Colorado, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware.Deborah is a member of the Home Care Association of Florida and thereby stays involved in the political process both state-wide and national as it pertains to Home Health Agencies and home care issues. She is a strong advocate for the families caring for medically fragile children.
