Over two decades of industrial experience as a research and development engineer. BEng Hons in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Strathclyde. I have strong practical experience working within tightly regulated industries, having started out in the defence industry before moving over to medical technology. I enjoy the challenges working in these environments can bring.From leading flagship development programmes and providing technical leadership for key portfolio products in the medical field, I find there is always something more to learn to make me a better engineer and team leader. Project experience spans across surgical robotics, diagnostics, critical care and drug delivery systems; from concept ideation to manufacturing scale-up support.
