The practice of elder law focuses on a specific kind of client – the elder or individual with special needs. We focus on all of the client’s needs as he or she faces the challenges of aging and/or disability. We help to solve our client’s legal, financial, and health care problems and to maximize his or her quality of life. Our goal is to help clients achieve peace of mind through planning ahead and taking control of their futures. In serving our clients, we rely on more than just our knowledge of the law. We also must be familiar with the professional and non-legal resources publicly and privately available to meet the needs of our clients.
