Joined the Talbots team in 2001 and became Assistant Manager of the Ross Park location. In 2005 was transferred to the St. Louis location as an Associate Manager over the petite department. In July of 2008 was promoted to the General manager of the store. Manage all aspects of the business. Consistently networking recruiting training and developing talent to insure representation of the brand is made. Achieve consistent operational excellence in all company directives and initiatives.

Started with the company as a Assistant bar manager at the Cheshire Inn location. Was promoted to sales and promotions, putting together promotional events to drive the business in multiple locations. Made calls to area businesses to promote the catering business and worked with the advertising department to develop brochures and company events.Worked with a number of the locations, including Cheshire Inn and Lodge, Miss Hullings, Wilderness Lodge, and the Horse and Carriage business.
