Deborah acts a senior level project executive directly for KS Global and subsidiary companies. With 30+ years of experience project development, Deb has acted as a high level project manager, project executive and systems manager in hospitality, resort residential, theme park entertainment, assisted living and commercial and residential construction renovations. Deborah's early experience was garnered in design development, working within the hotel and commercial sector executing large projects in the Chicago and Las Vegas Market. She has extensive experience in furnished vacation rentals as well as resort multifamily development and leasing. As a Sr level Project Manager, Deborah worked on several Disney projects within the special projects team and then as a project executive for Las Vegas Hotel and Residential developers. Ms. Koeppel is also a real estate professional assisting in negotiations and acquisition within KSG real estate development company and works with our clients and owners as part of our development services team to assist in acquisition process of single assets and land, due diligence and feasibility studies.
