(dba EB5 New England Regional Center) is a US corporation dedicated to creating jobs in the New England area by attracting low-cost foreign investment capital through the USCIS EB5 green card program for foreign investors. On August 1, 2013, USCIS approved EB5 NERC to invest EB5 capital into qualified job-creating projects in the Boston SMSA (covering the Massachusetts coastal region from New Hampshire to Cape Cod) and in the state of Rhode Island, as well as in contiguous surrounding areas. EB5 NERC, through its partners Arrant Designs, JK International, LLC, and KH Development, Inc., has already established a broad network of Immigration consultants and lawyers in China and Korea, giving us access to many high net worth foreign investors who are ready to participate in the EB5 program. Now that our USCIS approval as an EB5 regional center is complete, EB5 NERC is seeking to identify high-quality real estate development and business start-up projects that could benefit from low-cost financing.Although we can under certain circumstances accommodate smaller capital requirements, EB5 NERC is most interested in projects or new businesses that require a minimum of $5 million to underwrite up to 35% of the total capital need. Typically, our financing is structured as a five-year mezzanine loan, but equity structures are also possible.
