Customer Service Representative• Order entry, crediting and debiting of accounts.• Coordinate Production Scheduling with Facility Operations Manager.• Provides support to Sales Repsentatives, Managers, Office and Warehouse Personnel as required.• Invoicing.• Logistics coordination; Packing Slip and Bill of Lading preparation.• Coordinate proper fulfillment of customer purchase order requirements to include but not limited to timely follow-up with customers to address issues, including shortages, damages, product concerns etc.• Inventory Management to ensure sufficient inventory levels are met.• Successful in meeting monthly plan eleven out of twelve months.

• Coordinate production with internal departments and outside vendors.• Obtain quotations from various vendors.• Prepare project outlines, quotations, purchase orders and docket billing accurately and in a timely fashion to provide exceptional customer service.• Provide Customer Support to 50 clients.• Resolve problems by determining the cause of the problem, identify a solution to the problem, expedite a solution that is satisfactory to the Client.

• Provide Administrative Support to the President and Production Manager, ensuring Sales and Service objectives were met.• Maintain an exceptional Customer relationship by responding in a timely manner to all inquiries, Customer concerns regarding Work Orders, Invoices and shipments.• Coordinate with internal employees for operational support of the unit; serve as a liaison between departments and operating units to provide a resolution to administrative or operational concerns.• Successfully supported an under staffed Warehouse for several months.• Source and develop new accounts.• Create and maintain office documents including Invoices, Sales orders, Purchase orders and mailing lists.• Preparation of courier shipments, Canada Post mailing and follow up tracking of shipments.• Inventory management and ordering of all office supplies.• Receiving and directing all calls and customer inquiries promptly and efficiently.• Prepare Bank Deposits daily.• Cheque preparation.
