Legal advisory for the institute, directly reporting to the Directorate.Responsible to provide support for proposing actions and defenses in legal proceedings.Legal support, with a focus on innovation legislation.Structuring and analysis of legally complex instruments (contracts, agreements, cooperation agreements, etc.), including those related to the Technological Innovation Center of the ICTs of the Air Force.Coordination and development of projects aimed at establishing relationships with Support Foundations, including being responsible for the development of the "Program for strengthening specialized technical services provided by IFI in innovation-related activities," a project that delegated the collection, management, and allocation of its own resources to the Support Foundation.Speaker at the Workshop organized by the Institute of Aeronautics and Space (IAE) "Experiences in the application of Law 13.243/2016 - The new wording of the Innovation Law and the experience of the ICTs of the COMAER" (Nov/2016) and "Experience of IFI in Project Financing via Resource Collection Agreement" (Nov/2018); speaker at the Research and Innovation Forum - FoPI of the Barrier Island Launch Center (CLBI), "On the relationship between the FAB's ICT and Support Foundation" (Oct/2018 and Sep/2019), and also presented at the SMARTDEFESA Forum, "The innovation law and the opportunities brought by Law 13.243/2016" (Dec/2019).
