Working Under Contract with Avista on behalf of TEKsystems.■ Led a high-performing and diverse Data Delivery team of 16 professionals, encompassing Oracle and SQL Server Database Administrators, Architects, ETL Analysts, and Business Intelligence Analysts. Utilizing Agile principles, we effectively supported over 100 key initiatives throughout the fiscal year. ■ Collaborated with business units to ensure seamless cross-functional integration and data storage capabilities within the integrated system design for smart utility meters across Eastern Washington and Idaho enhancing energy usage monitoring and management. ■ Prioritized and advanced data team work streams to establish tighter data access controls for energy transmission data and Marketing energy data, ensuring continuous compliance with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC).■ My team led the creation and successful implementation of a data lake architecture on the AWS cloud.
