Manifest 2024 delivered on all its promises and then some! Insightful speakers, networking time with industry leaders, and a bustling expo hall showcasing technology like warehouse robots and yard surveillance drones! Manifest offered a glimpse into the future of logistics, the challenges that lie ahead, and the ways technology stands to transform the industry in ways we've never imagined. Overall, the experience left no question: it’s an exciting time to be in logistics tech!A huge thank you to Courtney Muller for making it possible for me to attend, and to the people who made it such a welcoming experience. Worked with team of designers to increase user engagement. Identified root causes (pain points) through user interviews and testing. Used sketches, journey maps, wireframes to ideate possible directions. Created interactive prototype of final design solution.Client later reported incorporating our recommendations in subsequent app updates. CEO appeared on Shark Tank 🦈 a few months after project was completed!

Collaborated closely with engineers/sales/marketing through all stages of product development cycle to ensure user needs aligned with business objectives.Designed analytics dashboard UI to visualize monetary gains and product performance for non-technical business executives; distilled complex data sets into easy-to-understand visualizations. Increased customer conversions from free trials to six-figure commercial contracts.

Started and grew company from inception to commercialization. Played critical role in crafting early product vision and finding product-market fit. Raised $10MM in venture funding from top Silicon Valley investors.

Developed and researched possible commercial applications of neuroscience research on how the brain perceives visual images. Precursor to the founding of Neon Labs, Inc., a university spinout of Carnegie Mellon.
