Most of my experience in the last 20 years had been in collections/finance, then Covered California came along. I have extensive experience in customer contact over the phone so it was a natural fit. It has been an amazing experience. I had ground floor access to something that had never been done before and it was quite fulfilling. I enjoy creating new things or improving on existing things. I have strong research and reference skills. My goal now is to work in a library or join a fraud unit or investigations team and put my overall experience to use. Communicating, helping others make good decisions is something I have enjoyed doing in any of the positions I've held.
