Teacher and senior leader with 20 years experience in various education/multiple organisation contexts, across 4 countries. Currently working in Initial Teacher Training programme delivery.Leader, manager and facilitator focused upon enabling best practice (and common sense) in positive engagement, Inclusion (DEI) and retention strategies within and around organisations. With a particular interest in melting silo cultures, fostering individual and community growth and development and delivering high impact outcomes.
